<p><b>Neue Seite</b></p><div>Die C-Entwicklungsumgebung "Pelles C für Windows" hat der schwedische Programmierer Pelle Orinius entwickelt und stellt diese kostenlos als Freeware zur Verfügung. Download siehe [[#Weblinks|Weblinks]].<br />

Pelles C ist eine vollständige Entwicklungsumgebung für Windows und den Pocket PC. Man kann damit aber nur in reinem C Programmieren (also kein C++, C# etc.). Das hat aber auch den Vorteil, dass auf dem Zielgerät keine weiteren Dateien oder Laufzeitumgebungen installiert werden müssen.<br />
